Dear TDMA Families and Friends,
Please review the important upcoming dates, class changes, community events, and fundraiser updates below. This blog is designed to help families quickly see what is happening, what is changing, and what needs to be booked.
Book Your Belt Clinic, Tomorrow; Sat. June 13th; 1:30pm
Students should book upcoming Belt Clinics through the TDMA booking system.
Belt Clinics help students review curriculum, prepare for testing, strengthen confidence, and stay on track with training goals.
Action Needed:
Please book your Belt Clinic early so instructors can prepare for student support.
Saturday, June 20
TDMA will be participating in the Dena Juneteenth Community Event.
Location:2283 N Fair Oaks AveAltadena, CA 91001
Event Time:10:00 AM–3:00 PM
TDMA Community Class Schedule:
9:00 AM – Volunteer Set-Up
11:00 AM – Tai Chi
12:00 PM – Little Dragons
12:45 PM – Pre-Juniors / Juniors
1:30 PM – Teens & Adults
Regular scheduled classes will be held at this event location during the Juneteenth event.
TDMA will also continue selling swag bags, T-shirts, and TDMA sun visors as part of our ongoing Rebuild Fundraiser.
Members, parents, and grandparents are welcome to volunteer. Please email us if you are able to help.
Friday, June 26 – Saturday, June 27
Class Update / No Regular Classes
Classes will be canceled from June 26 through June 27.
There will be no regular TDMA classes during this time.
Please check the TDMA booking page for online and on-demand class options.
Saturday, June 27 ~ Vegas Update
There will be no TDMA classes in Vegas on June 27.
Please continue checking email, the TDMA app, and the website for any future travel, event, or class updates.
Monday, June 30 ~ Rebuild Auction
The TDMA Rebuild Auction closes on June 30.
Please take time to view, bid, donate, and share the auction before it closes. Auction support helps us continue the rebuilding process and supports the future home of Two Dragons Martial Arts.

Friday, July 4~ Holiday Closure
TDMA will be closed on Friday, July 4 in observance of the holiday.
No classes will be held on July 4.
Web-A-Thon Replay & Performer Playlist
Thank you to everyone who supported the TDMA Community Web-A-Thon and Sidewalk Pop-Up.
The live Web-A-Thon was completed and includes community updates, performances, vendor highlights, donation support, and messages of hope.
We also created a YouTube playlist with performers, community artists, vendor clips, and additional event highlights.

Ongoing Rebuild Campaign
Our rebuild campaign continues, and we are grateful for every donation, bid, share, volunteer hour, vendor, sponsor, performer, and community partner.
Two Dragons Martial Arts is continuing to serve students, families, youth, adults, seniors, and the Altadena community as we work toward rebuilding after the fire.
