As Labor Day weekend approaches, we're here to share some important news with our community. From Friday, August 29, through Monday, September 1, 2025, our doors will be closed as we celebrate this significant holiday. We hope you take this time to relax, spend time with loved ones, and make wonderful memories.
Before the break, we want to remind everyone to join us tonight for your Little Dragons, Martial Arts, or Tai Chi class. This is a fantastic chance to get in some last-minute practice and connect with fellow students. No matter your experience level, our classes are designed to be engaging and enjoyable for all.
Join Us for Class Tonight!
Don't miss out on our classes tonight! Our Little Dragons program is designed for young martial artists eager to learn self-discipline and build confidence. Students, ages 3-6, will benefit from structured lessons that improve coordination and focus. For those interested in traditional martial arts, our classes offer an exciting blend of discipline, fitness, and fun that builds camaraderie and mutual respect among students.
Do not overlook our Tai Chi class, which is a gentle introduction to martial arts with a focus on mindfulness and relaxation. Recent studies indicate that Tai Chi can improve balance and flexibility by up to 30%, making it a valuable practice for people of all ages.
Classes are an excellent way to meet new friends and engage with our community, and everyone is welcome, whether you attend regularly or are new to our offerings. It’s a great way to kick off your Labor Day weekend with energy and enthusiasm!
Thank You for Being Part of the Journey
We appreciate your loyalty and enthusiasm in our martial arts community. Your commitment to practice, support for each other, and dedication to growth make our classes unique and fulfilling.
Join us tonight for your Little Dragons, Martial Arts, or Tai Chi class, so we can spend quality time together before the holiday break. Enjoy a safe and relaxing Labor Day weekend, and we look forward to seeing you back in class after the holiday!
