Cancellation Policy

🥋 Trial Lesson Booking Policy – Two Dragons Martial Arts We’re excited to welcome you or your child to experience a trial lesson at Two Dragons Martial Arts! To ensure the best experience for all new students and to maintain a smooth class flow, please review our trial lesson booking policy below: 📅 Booking a Trial Lesson All trial lessons must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot due to limited space per class. 👕 What to Bring & Wear Wear comfortable workout clothes (T-shirt and sweatpants or leggings). No shoes are worn on the mat. A water bottle is recommended. If you decide to enroll after your trial, a uniform will be provided with your membership! 🕓 Arrival Time Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, meet your instructor, and get oriented. Late arrivals may be asked to reschedule to avoid disrupting class. 👨‍👩‍👧 Parents & Guests Parents are welcome to observe the class from the designated viewing area. We encourage families to attend and support their child’s first experience! ❌ Rescheduling & No-Shows If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the spot to another family. No-shows without notice may be limited in rescheduling options or asked to rebook at a later date. ✅ After Your Trial Our team will follow up to answer questions and help you with enrollment if you’re ready to join our martial arts family! First-time students receive a special enrollment offer if they register within 7 days of their trial.
