Two Dragons Martial Arts (TDMA) Return & Exchange Policy
Our Commitment
At Two Dragons Martial Arts, we value our students and families. Our goal is to ensure that every item you purchase supports your training and reflects the pride of being part of the TDMA community. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-printed apparel (e.g., uniforms, shirts, and jackets with names or special designs)

Clearance or discounted merchandise

Digital downloads, memberships, or class passes

Gift cards
3. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size adjustments or defective merchandise only.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
4. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded in the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on preference.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to process once the return is received and inspected.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll replace or repair the item at no additional cost.
6. In-Studio Purchases
Items purchased in person at the TDMA Proshop must be returned in-studio. Please bring your receipt or order confirmation.
7. Online Orders
For items purchased through our online store:

Email us at [insert TDMA support email] with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide shipping instructions for approved returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
8. Class & Membership Refunds

Enrollment fees, class tuition, and promotional programs are non-refundable once classes begin.

Memberships may be paused or credited in the case of verified medical reasons or relocation, at the discretion of TDMA administration.
