we are making up last month's by donation practice benefitting TWO DRAGONS MARTIAL ARTS, our neighbors on Lake Ave who lost their building in the fire. all proceeds from this rescheduled event will go towards their rebuild and recovery! during the soundbath, EL will blend ancient Himalayan singing bowls with other acoustic instruments to create a spacious, meditative soundscape. this session begins with a short, guided meditation and intention to help settle and focus the mind and body. working with patterns and layers of sound, she aims to create a space for people to release levels of stress and reconnect with their deeper aspects. when stress is allowed to release, new realms of healing and awareness may unfold. if you'd like to donate/support TWO DRAGONS but cannot join this event, you can sign up, donate and email me to let me…
