Belt Promotion Checklist

1. Inside the Studio
2. Check in at 2:30pm
3. Clean FULL Uniform with TDMA Patch on Gi
4. Tennis Shoes/ white or black T-shirt under Gi top
5. Face mask is optional 
6. A Bottle of Water
7. Only 2 immediate family members will be allowed per student (Invite family and friends via TDMA facebook)
8. Belt Promotion will be live Streamed on our TDMA Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/twodragonsaltadena

Sipoo says a healthy breakfast, plenty of water and positive encouragement is essential.
