Belt Promotion Checklist

1. ONLY STUDENTS THAT ARE PROMOTED IN STUDIO (Invite family and friends via the link attached) 
2. Check-in at 4:30 pm 
3. Clean FULL Uniform with TDMA Patch on Gi
4. Tennis Shoes/ white or black T-shirt under Gi top
5. A face mask that fits comfortably
6. A Bottle of Water
7. Belt Promotion will be live streamed on our TDMA website for up to 7 days. 

Sipoo says a healthy breakfast, plenty of water, and positive encouragement are essential.
