Check in at 12:45pm
Clean FULL Uniform with TDMA Patch on Gi
Tennis Shoes/ white or black T-shirt under Gi top
Face mask that fits comfortably
A Bottle of Water
NO Restrooms on Site (Plan ahead)
Only 2 immediate family members will be allowed per student (Invite family and friends via TDMA facebook)
Belt Promotion will be live Streamed on our TDMA Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/twodragonsaltadena
Benches will be provided however, you are welcome to bring your beach/folding chair.

Sipoo says a healthy breakfast, plenty of water and positive encouragement is essential.
