Two Dragons Martial Arts—our home, our community hub, and a 30-year Altadena legacy—was destroyed in the Eaton Fire alongside many historic and Black-owned local businesses.Against all odds, Sifu Sipoo Shelene Hearring now holds an accepted bid to purchase the land back. We have until November 25 to raise the remaining $475,000 to secure the property and keep it out of private equity hands.
