Service Description
Tai Chi Chuan is a form of Chinese martial art that combines meditation, deep breathing, and slow, fluid movements. Practicing Tai Chi Chuan regularly can provide numerous physical and mental benefits, including: Improved balance and flexibility: Tai Chi Chuan involves slow and controlled movements, which can help improve balance and flexibility, reducing the risk of falls and injuries. Reduced stress and anxiety: The meditative aspect of Tai Chi Chuan can help reduce stress and anxiety, promoting a sense of calm and relaxation. Increased muscle strength and endurance: The slow and controlled movements of Tai Chi Chuan can help improve muscle strength and endurance, particularly in the legs. Cancellation Policy
Terms of Membership and Payment Agreement Tuitions are to be made payable via Credit Card, Check, or Cash, prior to attending classes. Tuition payments are due monthly, with no exceptions (unless paid quarterly, semi-annual or annual) A late fee of $35 will be charged after 5 days of the due date. Students with payments past due will be asked not to participate until payment is made. All payments and fees prepaid or otherwise are non-refundable. Monthly fees are subject to change at any time with a 30-day notice to our patrons. Make-ups are encouraged! Make-ups can be completed at the appropriate time before or after the class is missed. No Tuition will be credited, prorated, or refunded due to days/weeks missed for illness, vacation, or other obligations. Pause Membership.
