TAI CHI consist of soft flowing movements. The combination of turning, stretching, and twisting allows every part of the body to be exercised without strain. TAI CHI is a Martial Art that stresses balance and works to release tension. It rejuvenates the body, improves physical condition, decreases fatigue and develops endurance.
LITTLE DRAGONS is for pre-school age children 3 to 6 years old Our detailed curriculum focuses on improving listening and motor skills as well as increasing confidence and enthusiasm. We teach 8 Major Skill Sets (Focus, Teamwork, Control, Balance, Memory, Discipline, Fitness, Coordination)
JUNIORS and PRE-JUNIOR classes are for children ages 7-12 years old. We offer a positive alternative to television, gangs or video games. Children will develop discipline, motivation, and self-confidence through every skill they master. These positive characteristics will lead to improved self-image, improved attention span, and increased stamina and strength.
ADULT and TEEN classes are designed to get students physically and mentally in shape. Learn effective self-defense skills and develop the self-confidence and self-awareness that comes from learning Martial Arts.
YOGA STRETCH improves physical condition, releases tension, lengthens & tones muscles, decreases fatigue, develops endurance and rejuvenates mind and body.
Mommy and classes Me are for ages 18 months to years old.
Parent/Guardian participation required. If you are looking for more time to bond with you baby this is a different way to connect!
After School Academy, Our Program provides After School enrichment for school-aged students K-12 Grade. We have an extensive Martial Arts curriculum which provides our students with both physical & mental development. Limited Space Available, Register now!
Self Defense Workshops empowers students by training them on how to fight back a much stronger opponent in close-range situations. Two Dragon emphasizes using leverage and lower body strength to generate power. Based on a mixture of martial arts principles, self-defense and street fighting skills.
Awareness, verbal and psychological aspects of self-defense are incorporated in our Self Defense System. Completing our Self Defense training will increase self-confidence, enhance personal safety, raise awareness and become more comfortable with how to use one's body as a weapon.
